QuoteCompare is a document-analysis and procurement decision-support tool. It does not replace supplier due diligence, legal review, tax advice, customs advice or a purchasing professional's judgment.

Accuracy

The service can make extraction or interpretation errors. Reports should be checked against source quotations before an order or contractual commitment is placed.

Missing information

QuoteCompare is designed not to invent unsupported commercial amounts. A report may remain incomplete when freight, taxes, duties or other terms are unavailable.

Single-analysis purchase

The currently available product is a single analysis priced at €19.90. One completed payment unlocks one successful supplier-quote analysis for up to 10 PDF quotations. Pro and Business subscription plans shown on the site are planned products and are not currently available for purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. For billing questions or problems with an analysis, contact QuoteCompare through the Contact page. Any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law are unaffected.

Uploaded content

Users must have the right to upload and process the supplier documents they submit and must avoid uploading material they are not authorized to process.
